I created it so I can have a portable library of VST instrument plugins.

Includes sample patches for MIDI keyboard and drum kit that can be used as-is.
The patches are actually a bit of a hack: they contain a single audio channel (from an instrument's MIDI note on to the next instrument's note off) that is a little bit delayed.
The delay is based on the following table.
